About an hour in when Brittany is talking about getting to the elliptical without distractions and Eric suggests racing a timer to gamify it—I use Brili!! It’s been a lifesaver for my mornings, but you could use it for things like this. Or a free version is a visual timer app called MultiTimer, you could create an interval timer.
