“This group is definitely a crash-course in ADHD living. Yes, it’s a big time and money commitment. If you’re ready for change you will more than get your money’s worth! You will see change while you’re in the group, and you will have a guideline for change in the future. You’ll also meet some amazing people who are deeply committed to seeing you succeed. You’ll be pushed to look at your behaviors and to take responsibility for your future, but you’ll also be able to genuinely show up as yourself. No judgment, and lots of laughter. Stop debating it in your head, sign up.”

Laura – Season 10 – Fall 2017

“I was blown away by the group setting. It was remarkable to be with other people who were dealing with some of the same challenges. Each week, Eric helped me evaluate my skills, clarify my goals, and establish a plan to achieve them. He is one of us and that makes a powerful impression. The authenticity he has and the vulnerability to show it amazed and inspired me. By the end of the program, I achieved many of the goals I had set for myself. Eric also helped me recognize the value of acknowledging my progress. And I am able to say that the progress I made is really amazing.

Nuts and bolts

The ADHD reWired Framework

Learn more about ADHD reWired Coaching & Accountability Groups—we want you to know what you’re signing up for!

We do it by video

ADHD reWired Coaching & Accountability Groups are conducted via Zoom video conferencing. High speed internet is required. You may not use your tablet or smartphone to connect.

We’re on the Mighty Network

The Mighty Network is a private social media platform. In this community you’ll be able to connect with your coaching group members, your Accountability Team members, and alumni from past coaching seasons. This is also where you will find the program materials for your coaching season.

Can’t make a session?

No worries—all sessions are recorded so you can watch them later. (You will be asked to watch your missed session recording before the next day of coaching.)

You’ll also have access to these session recordings for one year after your coaching group ends.

Give yourself the gift of personal growth.

What you focus on is up to you.

And we’ll help you do it.

Program worksheets & resources

Multiple handouts will be posted every week of session. These handouts contain exercises which are designed to give you the structure and support you’ll need while putting what you’re learning into action. We want to provide as much scaffolding as possible while you learn what success can look like—for you!

Weekly goals & accountability

Each week you will share your “One Thing” with your coaching group—something that you aim to complete within the week. You will also share both daily and weekly goals with your Accountability Team. At the end of each week, you’ll report back to your coaching group and A-Team about your progress.

Mastermind sessions

During “Mastermind” sessions with your Accountability Team, you will present an ADHD-specific challenge you’ve been having. Your A-Team will ask you questions and offer supportive suggestions to help you find new solutions. You’ll review a recording of your mastermind afterwards and reflect on what you’ve learned.

Adult Study Hall

This is a group favorite. Co-working, or “body doubling,” has been shown to be incredibly effective for ADHDers. During Adult Study Hall, you’ll finally get to complete all those tasks that you tend to put off… filing, responding to email, making phone calls, cleaning, decluttering, etc. This is also a great time to start on that project you’ve been putting off. Cameras on—we’re all in this together!

The program

ADHD reWired Coaching & Accountability Groups are designed by Eric Tivers, LCSW—a masters-level clinician who also has ADHD!

All of ADHD reWired’s coaches receive ongoing training from Eric.

Whether you join Eric’s group, or work with Coach Kristin or Coach Brian, you’ll be joining a group coaching experience that’s pretty darn different from everything else out there.

Investing

If you’ve never invested in coaching, $1650 or $1999 may feel like a huge amount of money. And you’re right—it’s not a small chunk of change. But breaking it down to $9 – $11 per day* might make it seem more approachable.

We’re transparent about the costs because we believe in the value of investing in yourself. It’s quite possibly the most important investment you can make.

community

Many of our members have made incredibly close friends through our program. We routinely hear that members feel at home and understood, frequently within their first week of group. But close friends or not, when you join our coaching groups, you’re immediately part of a community that “just gets it”—that just gets you.

There’s a reason this program has stuck around for ten years (and counting)! We’ve seen the results again and again. We’ve witnessed our members’ lives change in amazing ways. (Some of them have shared their experiences on the podcast!)

Learn more about our community

Out of the 1100+ people who have gone through this program, 11 of them didn’t finish it. Our program has a 99% completion rate!

That’s because we can do hard things. We just don’t have to do them in the hardest way possible. And we definitely don’t have to do them alone.

Yes! We have members from all stages in their ADHD journey benefit from group.

No. We do not require medication, though it is strongly encouraged!

Yes!

There are typically 12 members in each group.

We match the Accountability Teams up based on when they can all meet together. As long as everyone can meet before group or after group, that seems to be the main factor for the success of the team!

Yes!

We do not accept insurance.

It may. We are able to provide you with an invoice to submit, but it depends on whether your specific HSA will accept it.

We don’t have any scholarships to offer at this time. Other coaching members have asked their employer if they can take a time management course and the employer paid for the coaching through their continuing education budget at their company.

The registration event is a great place to ask your questions. We always have a few ADDmin (past coaching members who are now peer mentors) who can answer questions based on their experience participating in these groups.

You can also contact us and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can!
