Helpful, actionable tips!

I found this podcast after my recent diagnosis and WOW! I’ve never felt so seen and supported in a podcast. I’m super grateful that the host is also a conscious person who is real about what’s true. I’m excited to keep learning and growing! The Q&As have been the most helpful for me so far as someone who has recently been diagnosed.

So relatable!

Eric has been in the ADHD field for a long time and it shows. The podcast is informative, entertaining and most of all, makes those of us living with ADHD feel less alone because of all the guests who are just like us. The production quality is also really professional and easy on the ears. Thanks for this awesome resource that helps so many.

I thought I was the only one.

All the information you are talking about is like listening to (a male version) of me. I was jumping around in episodes then I listened to one about just starting and went to season 1 eps. 1. I’m also a binge listener to most podcasts so may be listening multiple times. Thank you for letting me know that I’m not alone!!
