My ideal clients are adults navigating the complexities of being neurodivergent (ADHD, AuDHD, Autism) and who are seeking to thrive in a world that often isn’t built with them in mind. Many of my clients are high-masking individuals—those who’ve become adept at camouflaging their neurodivergent traits to meet societal expectations, often at the expense of their mental and emotional well-being. They desire a space to explore, affirm, and celebrate their identities, including their sexual orientation and relationship preferences. My clients aim to cultivate self-compassion, self-awareness, and the empowerment to flourish on their own terms.
With my extensive experience and empathetic approach, I offer both emotional support and practical, out-of-the-box solutions to help you navigate the world in a way that honors your neurodivergent strengths and identity. Whether you’re working to unmask in safe spaces or seeking ways to remove societal barriers, together we can build a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
If you’re tired of providers who don’t “get it,” I’m here to offer you a different experience—one where neurodivergence and queerness are seen as strengths. I’m also queer, kink, and poly-friendly, and I’d love to connect with you if you’re looking for a neurodivergent, queer-affirming therapist.
I offer both virtual and in-person sessions in Glenview, IL
